Back on dry land, the literary adventures continue as we gear up for the release of Paul’s new book; THE LYRICS: 1956 to the Present. In case you missed it, this month we announced a new global event which will see Paul discuss his songs and creative process with Paul Muldoon, Pulitzer Prize-winning author, poet and editor of THE LYRICS. THE LYRICS: Paul McCartney in Conversation will take place on Friday 5 November, 7.30pm GMT at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall but don’t worry if you missed out on tickets, this event will be live streamed around the world by DICE and available on demand for 7 days.

If that wasn’t enough to get you counting down the days till November 2nd, check out the brand-new teaser trailer for the book featuring Paul talking with comedian Bob Mortimer about the inspiration for the song 'Rocky Racoon'. The conversation takes place at the British Library in London - which will hold a free display to celebrate the book’s release! Paul McCartney: The Lyrics showcases lyrics, memorabilia and photographs from the book and will run from 5th November 2021 – 13th March 2022. Find out more here!
